Picture this: tall trees creating a natural canopy, a dash to beat the weather, and a couple so vibrant and fun, they turned a potential rainy day into an adventure for us all.

Emma and Ty are the kind of couple every photographer dreams of: filled to the brim with life, genuine love for each other and ENDLESS laughter. We kicked off our engagement session on a side road in Cobourg that the couple had found close to their home. It felt like a magical tunnel with towering trees draping overhead.

The journey to Cobourg Beach was an adventure in itself! The weather forecast suddenly predicted rain and we started to feel little drops, but plot twist — Emma and Ty quickly changed outfits and then found themselves stuck behind a slow-moving train on their way to the beach. But hey, sometimes life's detours lead to the best memories, right? The rain never came and we ended up having the most beautiful sky.

Emma and Ty are the kind of couple who not only rock the traditional "pretty" poses but also dove headfirst into trying anything new or different that I had in mind, which I’m so grateful for. Giggles were the soundtrack of the day as we ventured through the session, capturing their genuine joy and love for each other. They also embraced an exhilarating moment of vulnerability by jumping into the water together: fully embracing their once-in-a-lifetime engagement session.
