LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
After fifteen years of photographing weddings and families in Prince Edward County, I’ve learned that the most timeless photographs are the ones that reflect your legacy and feel unmistakably like you.
I celebrate you on the biggest days of your lives; stepping in as your biggest cheerleader and capturing the energy that makes your story yours.
I was born and raised in PEC & no matter where I go, it will always feel like home.
It’s where I learned to love slow evenings by the water, golden-hour drives down back roads, and the feeling of being part of a close-knit community where everyone knows your name. Being from the County shaped me in ways I’ll never take for granted. It’s the reason I see beauty in the little things and in the kind of memories that tie people to places forever.
Now, I live just outside of PEC in Stone Mills with my fiancé.
We live on Dustin’s family farm, tucked away in what most people would call the middle of nowhere… and to me, it’s a dream come true. It’s where I find the stillness to recharge after long wedding weekends, where I swing in my hammock with a book (usually my Bible or, on the opposite end of the spectrum, a spooky novel), and where I feel closest to God. It’s a place that grounds me and also fuels my creativity. I’m often reminded of how blessed I am that this is where my story has led.
FUN FACTS
Photography is such a big part of my little life, but here are a few other things you may be interested in.
My faith is everything to me. Church on Sundays and keeping Jesus at the center of my life shapes the way I live, love, and care for the people around me.
I live in the countryside with my fiancé, our American Bully Khaleesi, and our Ragdoll cat Ren.
I’m completely obsessed with Prince Edward County. The landscape, the beaches, the light… it will always be where I feel most at home.
Some classic country music is almost always playing somewhere in my life. In the car on the way to a wedding, while editing, or while cooking dinner.
I grew up in a big family, which is probably why documenting the way families gather, celebrate, and take care of one another means so much to me.
Faith is a big part of my life. Going to church every Sunday and keeping Jesus at the center of my life grounds everything I do.
I am truly happiest in the middle of summer, with a cherry bubly, swinging in my hammock.
Let’s Tell Your Story
“Where do I even begin... I have so much I want to say about Holly, so bear with me.
First of all, THANK YOU. You absolutely never disappoint with your beautiful work, and you always capture life's moments so perfectly.
I have had the privilege of watching Holly grow as a photographer. Being there from the beginning as she starts her business, creates magic, and grows as a person and photographer.
Now she is this flawless human being who not only captures people's most cherished moments, but educates new photographers on how to create these magical moments that people get to hold onto forever.
Holly has been a part of so many important memories in our lives and for that, we are eternally grateful. From our engagement shoot, wedding, maternity with Henry, and now allowing us to capture our completed family.
She is a dog and kiddo whisperer, making the entire experience enjoyable, easy, and simple. No amount of words will truly do her and her work justice. Our faces have a few more wrinkles, our hair has greys, but our smiles in every photo Holly takes are genuine and tell our story.
Thank you for these beautiful photos. We couldn't be happier with them. We love you!”
